Module Overview Module 1: Global HR Functions and Strategic Roles Gain an understanding of core Global HR functions—recruitment, evaluation, development, and compensation—and learn how to align these with organizational strategies to enhance the value Global HR brings as a strategic partner. Module 2: Performance Management and Evaluation Systems Learn how to design performance management systems using both quantitative and qualitative metrics while fostering employee growth through feedback and goal-setting practices that drive performance. Module 3: Compensation and Total Rewards Explore the fundamentals of compensation systems and learn how to design comprehensive total rewards packages that align with employee motivation and organizational goals. Module 4: Global Talent Acquisition Understand the full scope of the recruitment process, from writing job descriptions to global recruitment strategies. Special attention is given to the unique challenges of talent acquisition in Japan and other international markets. Module 5: Learning & Development (L&D) Develop skills in designing and implementing global training and leadership programs. Learn how to leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS) to support the ongoing development of employees and future leaders. Module 6: Global HR Law and Compliance Gain insights into labor and employment laws, focusing on key areas such as contracts, dismissals, anti-discrimination policies, and global labor reforms. Learn how to ensure compliance while creating a positive and legally sound work environment.
