Module 3: Compensation and Total Rewards Explore the fundamentals of compensation systems and learn how to design comprehensive total rewards packages that align with employee motivation and organizational goals. Module 4: Global Talent Acquisition Understand the full scope of the recruitment process, from writing job descriptions to global recruitment strategies. Special attention is given to the unique challenges of talent acquisition in Japan and other international markets. Module 5: Learning & Development (L&D) Develop skills in designing and implementing global training and leadership programs.
