Participant Terms

Application of these Terms
These terms and conditions apply to your application to participate in the 25GHR - Global HR Conference in Tokyo- event (hereinafter referred to as the Event). By submitting your application, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Application and payment deadline
You will be required to pay for the tickets at the same time as you apply for them.

Scheduled keynote speakers, VIP guests, etc. may be changed without notice for any reason.
If any changes are decided upon, the organizers will notify participants as soon as possible by posting an announcement on their website, etc.
Participants cannot cancel their sponsorship of the event or request a reduction in the participation fee due to changes in performers.

Cancellation
As a general rule, cancellations and refunds of participation fees will not be permitted after payment of the participation fee.

Transfer of participation tickets
General admission tickets (excluding special discount tickets for attendees) can be transferred from the purchaser to a third party. In the case of a transfer, the purchaser must complete the transfer procedure themselves through the ticket purchase system.

Confidentiality and Use
Participants agree that the organizer may provide the participant information provided in the application form to co-organizers and sponsors.
Participants may not use any information provided at this event for commercial purposes.

Exclusion of antisocial forces
1. Participants represent and warrant that they do not fall under any of the following items.
1) Being a member of an organized crime group, a member of an organized crime group (including a person who has not yet been a member of an organized crime group for five years), a semi-regular member of an organized crime group, an organization related to an organized crime group, a corporate racketeer, a social movement fraudster, a political movement fraudster, a special intelligence violent group, or any other person equivalent thereto (hereinafter collectively referred to as "anti-social forces"). 2) Providing funds or other benefits to anti-social forces. 3) Having a relationship with an anti-social force that can be socially criticized.

2. Participants represent and warrant that they will not, either by themselves or through a third party, engage in any of the following acts:
1) Violent demands 2) Unreasonable demands that exceed legal responsibility 3) Threatening words or actions or violence during transactions 4) Acts that damage the other party's credibility or interfere with the other party's business by spreading rumors, using fraudulent means or using force 5) Other acts similar to the above
