Comparison Between the Global HR Education Program and the Former Program (SHRM Essentials)

Based on a comparison of the two materials provided, the Global HR Education Program offers a higher-level and more comprehensive approach compared to the previous SHRM Essentials Program.

1. Content Depth

The Global HR Education Program includes detailed modules on strategic HR roles, performance management, compensation systems, and global HR trends, while the SHRM Essentials program focuses more on HR fundamentals. The Global HR Education Program also emphasizes strategic leadership and international practices

2. Global Perspective

The Global HR Education Program integrates a global perspective, focusing on preparing HR professionals for international work environments. It includes insights into global trends like DE&I and change management. The SHRM Essentials program is more introductory and concentrates on providing a broad foundation

3. Target Audience
